Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting the Warrandyte Junior Football Club and shopping with us online.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and have a great experience with the WJFC Online Store. If you have any concerns or need to return an item, please see our Returns Policy below for further information.
 

Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in the condition received.
 

How to return: Contact merchstore@warrandytejfc.org to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Clearly mark the RA number on your package and return the item with a copy of your original invoice to:

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
 

Refunds & Exchanges: Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged, as requested.
 

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable products and personalised or customised items cannot be returned.
 

Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact merchstore@warrandytejfc.org within 7 days of receiving your order if your item is damaged or defective. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
 

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, so please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Warrandyte Junior Football Club respects your privacy and is committed to keeping your personal information safe.

WJFC does not store or have access to your full credit or debit card details.
